You are referring to the Snomed codes.  Snomed is a licensed vocabulary.  HealthVault has these available to applications with a license but cannot make them publicly available for searching.

So you mean to say that I make my application "Go Live" and then I get access to those Snomed codes or I don't ever get access?

I don't know all the information for licensing.  http://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/Snomed/snomed_main.html

The folks at HealthVault Business Development could get you the details:  hvbd@microsoft.com

If you have a license HealthVault can grant you access to search functionality.

Right now I am developing the applicaiton and I haven't prepared the "Go-Live" document for my app so I am not sure if MS HV team can give me access or not.
