what is Request.setTtl(in ttl)

The method setTtl(int ttl)  in the Request class is not very clear. Anyone have any idea what it is? None of the methods are well documented but one can usually guess what they do from their names. This one I have no idea.

Hi Brian,

The msg-ttl field no longer serves any purpose and is ignored by HealthVault.

So I don't need to set it making my Request? Or must I set it but the value doesn't matter? (The setter is still present in the Request class.)

You don't need to set it.  The Request has a default value it will use if not set.  HealthVault requires the value to be present, but ignores it!
